[RECRUITMENT] CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

Job Description

  • Receive and provide consultation/support for customer service inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Learn and stay updated on the company’s current products/projects.
  • Make calls using a pre-provided data list to introduce products/projects to potential customers.
  • Provide customer care and maintain and develop relationships with potential clients.

Job Requirements:

  • Work a minimum of 4 shifts per week during the following hours:

Morning: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
– Afternoon: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

  • Clear and pleasant voice; no speech impediments or strong regional accents.
  • Hardworking, persistent, and not afraid of making phone calls.
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to comply with company regulations.
  • A desire for long-term commitment to the job.
  • Must have a personal laptop.

Compensation

  • Hourly wage: 20,000–30,000 VND/hour
  • Monthly KPI bonus + performance-based bonus for successful deals from calls.
