Position Title: Site Execution Supervisor Engineer
Proposed Salary: 12 – 18 million VND/month (excluding allowances and project-based bonuses)
Working Hours: Full-time, flexible based on project progress
Preferred Traits: Hardworking, proactive, OCD tendencies are a plus
Job decription
- Receive design documents and technical drawings from the design department to execute construction on site.
- Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring progress, quality, quantity, and occupational safety.
- Check and compare actual construction quantities with drawings and estimates.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, on-site teams, and material suppliers to ensure project timelines and quality.
- Maintain construction logs and provide daily/weekly progress reports.
- Propose technical solutions and coordinate acceptance of each project component.
