Job description
- Lead the design concept and develop interior/architectural design documentation for townhouses, villas, and high-end apartments.
- Work directly with clients to understand their needs, present, and defend design proposals.
- Manage a design team of 2–5 members, including task assignment, quality review, and progress tracking.
- Collaborate closely with the construction team to ensure alignment between design concepts and on-site execution.
- Advise on materials that align with both budget and aesthetic direction.
- Accompany VIP clients in creating spaces that reflect their personal brand identity.
Candidate Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in high-end interior/architectural design.
- Proven track record of leading or directly executing real-life projects (preferably residential or premium service spaces).
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or other 3D design software; strong rendering skills required.
- Creative mindset, strong aesthetic sense, team leadership skills, and professional communication abilities.
Benefits
- Base salary: 15–25 million VND/month
- Project-based bonus: 1–2% of design contract value or 3–5 million VND/project
- Progress & quality bonus: 1–3 million VND/project (for on-time, error-free delivery)
- Site supervision allowance: Negotiable based on level of involvement in construction
