Job description
- Develop concepts and prepare interior/architectural design documents for townhouses, villas, and high-end apartments.
- Work directly with clients to understand their needs, present and defend design proposals.
- Coordinate closely with the construction team to ensure consistency between concept and reality.
- Advise on materials that align with the client’s budget and aesthetic direction.
- Accompany VIP clients in creating spaces that reflect their personal brand identity.
Candidate Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in high-end interior/architectural design.
- Previous experience leading or taking key roles in real-world projects (preferably residential or premium service projects).
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or other 3D software with strong rendering skills.
- Creative thinking, a strong aesthetic sense, team leadership, and professional communication skills.
Benefits
- Base salary: 12–18 million VND/month
- Project bonuses: 1–2% of the design contract value
- On-time & quality bonuses: 1–3 million VND/project delivered on time with no errors
- Construction site allowances: negotiable depending on involvement level

Working hours:
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:30 (1.5-hour lunch break)
- Saturday: 08:00 – 12:00
